Making an apple pie.

• Recipe (Ingredient)
• What we need are:

flour 300g/unsalted cold butter 200/(cold) water100g(or less)/white sugar/salt/2 apples/cinnamon
Steps:
1^st step
Cut the butter into cubes, rub the butter into the flour until it looks like coarse sand.
2^nd step
Add some sugar and salt and (2 tablespoons of) water to mix the dough.

3^rd step
Put the dough into the refrigerator for 15 minutes before rolling the dough.
4^th step
Preheat oven to 180℃. Cut and slice the apples.
5^th step
Take out the crust and roll it into a crust.
Spray the apples on the crust, add some sugar and cinnamon, put it into the oven for 30 to 40 minutes. Here’s the apple pie!
